It is the responsibility of the person or organization renting this equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the equipment.

 

Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed for the rental of inflatable equipment:

 

1.) No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the Inflatable. This will avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean. (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person renting it will incur a cleaning charge)

2.) Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable to avoid injury to people using the equipment and harm to the inflatable. Children must be clothed appropriately and so that nothing can fall out of their pockets.

3.) No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Inflatable. (Please note these products will cause damage to the Inflatable that cannot be repaired)

4.) NO smoking on or around the inflatable, NO barbeques around the inflatable

5.) Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls of the inflatable is dangerous and must not be allowed. Also please ensure that children are not attempting somersaults.

6.) Always ensure that the Inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.

7.) Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others on the inflatable.

8.) No pets, toys or sharp instruments on the inflatable at anytime.

9.) Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as this is dangerous

10.) Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.

11.) In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately and calmly. Check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown into the blower that is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, and then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later and it should restart. If it does not, contact us immediately.

12.) Fun Life Rentals shall not be held responsible for any type of unfavorable weather conditions, to wit, rain or high winds, electrical outages, hurricanes or other acts of God.

13.) This contract and agreement shall be in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Florida. And if, in fact lawsuit is brought, it shall be filed in Orange County, State of Florida.

14.) Maximum weight of each group that should play in the bouncer at one time is, 13 x13 bouncers: Maximum weight of 800 LBS; 15 x 15 bouncers: Maximum weight of 1000 LBS; the slides maximum weight is 250 LBS.

15.) A group of 2 or more people gathering on the top level of the inflatable slide is not allowed.

16.) Only one person is allowed to slide at a time on all inflatable slides.

17.) Please keep inflatable inflated one hour before pick up.

18.) The MOST IMPORTANT RULE: DO NOT let children play on the inflatable without adult supervision. Adult supervision is necessary to enforce these rules for safe operation of the inflatable and children. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.

1.) The RENTER shall keep and maintain the rented equipment during the terms of the rental at his/her own cost and expense. He/She shall keep the equipment in a good state of repair, normal wear and tear excepted.

2.) The RENTER shall pay FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC full compensation for replacement and/or repair of any equipment which is not returned because it is lost or stolen or any equipment which is damaged and in need of repair to put it into the same condition it was in at the time of rental, normal wear and tear excepted. FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLCs invoice for replacement or repair is conclusive as to the amount RENTER shall pay under this paragraph for repair or replacement.

3.) The RENTER shall not remove the equipment from the address of the RENTER or the location shown herein as the place of use of the equipment without prior written approval of FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC. The RENTER shall inform FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC upon demand of the exact location of the equipment while it is in the RENTERSs possession.

4.) The equipment shall be delivered to RENTER and returned to FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC at the RENTERs risk, cost and expense. If a periodic rental rate is charged by FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC, rental charges are billed to the RENTER for each period or portions of the period from the time the equipment is delivered to RENTER until its return. If a term rental rate is charged by FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC, rental charges are billed to the RENTER for the full term even if the equipment is returned before the end of the term. If the equipment is not returned during or at the end of the term, then the rental charges shall continue on a full term basis for any additional term or portion thereof until the equipment is returned.

5.) No allowance will be made for any rented equipment or portion thereof which is claimed not to have been used. Acceptance of returned equipment by FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC does not constitute a waiver of any of the rights FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC has under the rental agreement.

6.) The RENTER shall allow FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC to enter RENTERs premises where the rented equipment is stored or used at all reasonable times to locate and inspect the state and condition of the rented equipment. If the RENTER is in default of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC, and his agents, at the RENTERs risk, cost and expense may at any time enter the RENTERs premises where the rented equipment is stored or used at all time and recover the rented equipment.

7.) The RENTER shall not pledge or encumber the rented equipment in any way. FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC may terminate this agreement immediately upon the failure of RENTER to make rental payments when due, or upon RENTERs filling for protection from creditors in any court of competent jurisdiction.

8.) FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC makes no warranty of any kind regarding the rented equipment, except that FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC shall replace the equipment with identical or similar equipment if the equipment fails to operate in accordance with the manufacturers specifications and operation instructions. Such replacement shall be made as soon as practicable after RENTER returns the non-conforming equipment.

9.) RENTER indemnifies and holds FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC harmless for all injuries or damage of any kind for repossession and for all consequential and special damages for any claimed breach of warranty.

10.) The RENTER shall pay all reasonable attorney and other fees, the expenses and costs incurred by FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC in protection its rights under this rental agreement and for any action taken FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC to collect any amounts due to FUN LIFE RENTALS, LLC under this rental agreement.

11.) These terms are accepted by the RENTER upon delivery of the terms to the RENTER or the agent or other representative of RENTER.
